The Emcee/Auditorium Manager is an on and off stage role that leads stage games, creates a fun and energetic space for students, and assists backstage with session elements.

The Hospitality Coordinator is best suited for a "people-person." This role focuses on customer service to assist youth ministers, students, and staff with hospitality needs at events.

The Housing Specialist will be responsible for housing all event attendees, working closely with the onsite CIY staff, and having an integral role in the check-in process.

The Outer Realm Manager will administer all recreational activities at MIX. This person will be responsible for setting up all props, staging, and equipment that goes along with each Outer Realm game.

The Recreation Manager's primary role is to facilitate games, tournaments, and activities for large groups of students and adults.

The Stage Manager is responsible for managing the flow on and off stage and will work closely with all on-stage talent. They are also a large part of the stage setup and teardown of each event.

The Store Manager will oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of the on-site store at their events. They will need to be able to manage inventory, train volunteers, and be comfortable (and competent) with the financial side of retail.

Each MIX band is comprised of 5 different roles: drummer, bass player, electric guitarist, and two vocalists. The band members are not only musicians but also play an active role in the overall success of an event on and off stage.
