*A deposit of $65 per attendee is required to register. A second deposit of $65 is due on March 1. A late fee of 5% of your remaining balance will be applied if the balance isn’t paid 21 days prior to the event.

In order to protect students at CIY events, there are new Adult Leader Screening Requirements since 2019.

PLEASE NOTE: The host of this event requires that all adults comply with its Child Protection Plan (CPP), which requires the following:

Successful completion of a criminal background check, the results of which must be on file with the host venue. Background check results can be submitted to the venue by the church or checks can be processed by the host venue for $10 per leader.

Successful completion of Child Abuse Awareness training and quiz. Training results may be submitted to the host venue or training can be completed through the host venue for $5 per leader.

Adherence to the host venue’s “Child Protection Plan” code of conduct – which will be provided ahead of the event.

The host of this event also requires that:

All attendees complete its Participant Agreement – which will be provided well in advance of the event and is in addition to CIY’s medical release form.

All medications must be stored, administered, and logged by approved medical personnel for the event.

 

Dinner is provided on Night 5, but a 5th Night is not included in the registration price.
