Registration for MIX is now open!
We are thrilled to have you register for MIX! Before you begin, please read through our Registration Policy.
Here is what you need to know:
1. Register on Brushfire. This is available by clicking "Begin Registration" below and selecting an event from our Dates & Locations page. Then, click the "Event Details" button for the event you'd like to register for. Within this event, you will see a button that reads, ‘REGISTER TODAY’. This will redirect you to an online form in Brushfire that will request the number of adults and students that your church is planning on bringing to MIX. You will then select ‘Continue’ and be prompted to create a group. After completing the fields, select ‘Save’ and you will be asked to accept the registration policy.
2. Pay a non-refundable deposit. Once you have accepted the policy you will be taken to the payment page to make a non-refundable deposit of $65 per participant. A second deposit of $65 per participant is due on/before March 1 for information on when this deposit can be refunded see the registration policy. The final step of your registration will prompt you to enter credit/debit card information. Payment can also be made by selecting “Mail Check” as the payment option and sending a check to CIY within 7 days.
3. Adult Leader Requirements and Forms. CIY requires each adult leader to have a completed background check and complete an approved child abuse awareness training prior to arrival at an event. In addition, all attendees must complete an Emergency Medical Release Form (EMRF). A link to complete the EMRF for your group will be sent out based on when you registered.
