CIY’s Kingdom Worker Crash is an opportunity for high school students to share how God has placed a desire on their heart and use them to make a difference in their communities.

Here is Matt Remsburg's story.

Matt Remsburg was a junior in high school when his youth pastor invited him to CIY MOVE. He said he was excited to make a big change with his Kingdom worker challenge card, but was disappointed it was something small – to teach seventh and eighth graders about Jesus. Matt said he tried to stay optimistic and planned to bring something relatable to the kids in his class. At first there were only two kids in his class, but they soon invited more and Matt said he was flooded with participating kids – some of which had never been to church before. Four students were baptized because of God’s presence in Matt’s class. Matt said on top of feeling surprised and grateful, he learned the smallest tasks are important to the Kingdom of God.
