CIY’s Kingdom Worker Crash is an opportunity for high school students to share how God has placed a desire on their heart and use them to make a difference in their communities.

This is Chandler Clark's story.

Chandler Clark said her loved ones weren’t too thrilled about her traveling to the unsafe country of South Sudan, but she felt God moving her to help the people there. The teenager from Colleyville, Texas, worked with the nonprofit organization Water is Basic and witnessed radical transformations in communities when clean water wells were established. She not only rallied fundraisers at her high school – but three other high schools in the area – and raised more than $12,000 for water wells in Africa. Chandler said clean water means life and peace, but also living water because churches are built near wells and people are baptized because of the positive change.
