Jayson French

Jayson French serves as President of Christ In Youth (CIY), a ministry devoted to calling students to follow Christ and equipping the Church to lead them well. For more than two decades, Jayson has invested in student ministry as a pastor, leader, and communicator—always with a deep belief that the local church is God’s primary plan for reaching the next generation.

Before becoming President of CIY, he spent many years in local church student ministry, walking closely with students and leaders through the everyday realities of discipleship. Those years continue to shape his leadership, teaching, and deep care for the people he serves.

Student ministry isn’t just a role—it’s a calling. Jayson cares deeply about students discovering their identity in Christ, leaders feeling supported in their mission, and churches experiencing lasting spiritual impact through the next generation.

Whether speaking to students, encouraging ministry leaders, or serving churches across the country, his passion remains simple: helping young people encounter Jesus in a way that transforms their lives, their churches, and their communities.
