CIY Cohorts are specialized, 6-month professional coaching programs for Youth Pastors designed to increase the effectiveness and longevity of ministries by providing community, mentorship, and practical skill development across various ministry seasons. Cohorts include monthly virtual group coaching sessions, monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, one in-person coaching retreat, periodic progress reports, and additional resources tailored to each leader’s context. The intake form helps identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth ensuring coaching is practical, personalized, and immediately applicable to your ministry.
